Located just a few miles away from Lake Ontario, our campground is close to many attractions and things to do. Halfway between Rochester and Syracuse, it’s a great place for camping in central New York. Whether visiting us from near or far, Cherry Grove Campground has something for everyone.
We are a family-friendly campground with a number of amenities to keep the kids entertained including a swimming pool, playground, jump pillow, miniature golf, and more! These amenities as well as our proximity to many attractions in the region, perfect for day trips, make our campground an ideal destination for a family trip.
Cherry Grove is also a great destination for a friends or couples getaway. Our campground is located along the Lake Ontario Wine Trail with access to a variety of wineries and cideries. There are also a number restaurants in Wolcott for a night out in town. Or, stay on site and enjoy a game of shuffleboard or horseshoes and a night at the fire.
We offer a pool for kids and adults alike for swimming on hot days. In addition, our campground is also located just 7 miles from Lake Ontario including a number of beaches close by ideal for a day trip. And, only a mile from Cherry Grove is Wolcott Falls Park with a 25 foot waterfall.
