Terms and Conditions
Holiday Weekend Policy: 3 day minimum. 50% deposit required at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy: ALL cancelations require 14 days notice & you are due refund less $25 cancelation fee and online reservation fee. Sorry, NO REFUNDS will be given for early departure or inclement weather. All reservations have a $25 fee to cancel reservation.
Cabin Policy: 2 night minimum. Leave clean; empty refrigerator & garbage. Bedding & blankets not provided. Twin over Full Bunk - Full size Futon.
NO PETS ALLOWED IN CABINS!
Security Deposit refunded after inspection.
Quiet Hours: 11pm - 8am Friday & Saturday.
Sunday thru Thursday 10pm - 8am. unless Holidays.
All minors are to be on their site by quiet hour. Off playground by dusk. (When Street lights or night lights come on.
Photos & Videos: Entrance onto the campground property constitutes permission for the management of Cherry Grove Campground to photograph, video, etc. the visitor while on the premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without compensation to the visitor.
Miscellaneous: Please be considerate of the facilities and other guests. Do not deface, cut or tie anything to our trees. Do not move fire rings. Campfires must be restricted to one fire ring & flame under 3 foot flames (no pallets). No firearms/fireworks/lanterns. No car or trailer washing. No watering of grass or roads.
Visitors & Vehicles: Visitors must register, pay fee $ and provide rabies certificate for pets. Free parking in visitor parking area; Visitors are the responsibility of the registered guest (follow the rules or be asked to leave). Departure before quiet hours unless you paid overnight fee.
Swimming Pool: Open Memorial Day to Labor Day 11am - 7pm Monday - Sunday. For the safety and enjoyment of everyone, please follow posted rules. All guests must sign a "pool rules" agreement form upon registration. Children need adult supervision at all times from inside the pool fence.
Trash Policy: Place all trash in dumpster at entrance/exit of campground. Do not leave trash out overnight.
Pet Policy: Pets must be registered, leashed (NO retractable leashes) and quiet. Owner must clean up after pet immediately. Pet Rule form to be signed upon registration. Proof of vaccination required. Do not tie pets to our trees. NO constant barking or you will be asked to leave.
Children's Safety: Parents will be notified of any unsafe behavior. Bike helmets are required 14 years and under. No bike riding through sites. Return to sites by dusk (when night lights come on) or 9pm. You are your children's guardian. Know where they are at all times.
Bikes: Electric bikes, Scooters, Blades, & anything with electric or battery must obey vehicles rules. 5 mph - no skidding tires, etc.
Emergency: Call 911 & contact office.
